The 10th anniversary of Prague’s tournament called Frisbeer Cup was a great success! With 76 competitors from 14 countries it was the biggest Frisbeer
so far and it is also believed that it was a largest non-worlds event since 1981! Also, many new jammers from Poland, UK and Italy took part and the event was live-streamed worldwide with live scores integrated to the stream. Here is a short video summary of the tournament.

The FPA is generating a short-term fundraiser to offset the cost of this 3-year-old excellent initiative. The fundraiser is specifically for newer jammers who have great potential to compete at FPAW in Toronto and spread the jam. .

Past winners Tymek Wrotek, Andres Figueroa, and Mafer Bonilla are all contributing to the sport in great ways, including being a Board Member, expanding freestyle to new countries, and hosting new events. We all win when new energy contributes to our sport. .

We have a new #1 Open player in Daniel O’Neill. Congrats Daniel on his first End of the Year #1 ranking!
Also at #2 is Francesco Santolin. These guys bumped the stranglehold of James Wiseman and Ryan Young at the top. Rounding out the top 5 is Riccardo Montanari! Congrats guys!

Ilka Simon remains a solid #1 in Women’s rankings with Katy Gimma, Angela Avendano, Char Powell, and Benedicte Audet bunched together and rounding out the top 5.

As the newly elected Board of Directors, our first decision has been to approve a small increase in FPA membership fees—the first since 2017. Since then, general costs have risen significantly, especially for tournament directors who face significantly higher expenses.
This adjustment will enable the FPA to provide greater financial support for key events, particularly the World Championships, ensuring we can find and empower organizers to host these vital tournaments in the future.
