This course is a great Freestyle Frisbee 101 — a first opening course for anyone who wants to learn freestyle frisbee from the ground up. You will learn the core foundations: center delay, rim delay, nail delay control, basic sets, and essential throws. You will also explore fun beginner-friendly tricks like airbrush, flamingo catch, chair catch, and front roll. By the end, you will understand how to connect simple moves together and start using them in your first freestyle jam.

Freestyle Frisbee 102

LEVEL: Beginner / Intermediate

This course continues your Freestyle Frisbee 101 journey by introducing more ways to throw, spin, set, and control the disc. You will learn useful foundations like the two-handed self-throw, center delay, rim delay, crank, and rim shoot. You will also discover practical freestyle tools such as nail setup, backhand skip shot, and chicken-wing throw. By the end, you will have more confidence creating spin, setting the disc for catches, and preparing for simple freestyle combinations with a partner.
