We didn’t have the number of players that we were hoping for, but the quality certainly made-up for any quantity. Ask anyone who watched the semi-final or the final rounds and you’ll have a unanimous account of a very high-caliber competition. Thanks to those who stepped in as guest-judges even when they were not competing.

There were eight competing open teams. Judging was non-FPA based and guided by the ranking system. Interestingly, the judges took their jobs very seriously regardless of the type of judging system
used, and often were seen diliberating after the routines.
