Fast, Funky and Fresh.
As I take a look at the different profession that each of the players have in their profile I find it funnily how my career turns out. As a visual artist, a frisbee player and a passion for dancing and animation I find it in common that all of them connect with each other. Talent at its purest, rarest form. Dancing and animation what a combination! I’m having an unbelievable good time on the dance floor. Hip Hop Frisbee is Hot.

Welcome dancers.
Where winning and competition is not everything. It takes many years of practice to develop your own style. My favorite program on TV is; So you think you can Dance. There are many good dancers out there but how many can dance with a frisbee and do it very well. The amazing thing about dancing and frisbee is that you don’t need to be professional. Just be creative. You can start right now without any training. I just am touching the subject however if you are really interested there is a good book called Rhythmic Gymnastics by Nadejda Jastrjembskaia. The book goes in specific details for the serious performer. I must also point out to take care of yourself when practicing, injuries can occur easily if poor body posture is not done properly.

Friday night at the disco club.
When is the last time you have seen a routine with the players smiling at what they do? (Except maybe at the end) Every single time I go out I learn new moves, everybody is friendly and I have a good time. It's time to challenge yourself in doing something different, dancing. Yes, you can have a relationship with your frisbee. Practice by moving it around so that you can learn how it moves. Manipulate it in space like you never did before.  How to set it up for a catch. Do silly moves, invent new one. It's about discovering your muscle, flexibility and movements. It's about smiling, moving your body and sweat. Cuz you don't want to mess with me tonight.
