Does anyone have any good stories from AmsterJam 2006?
TommyL:
Well, there was the 4am jam session in Dam Square Friday night....there was Sune's Red Light Gitis....there were the police playing frisbee golf (see Rob's pix)

Fabio:
I have a cool memory jammin' after the tournament with Greg, Markus, Flo and Andrea when it was almost dark, cold, raining, on slippery ground and the football match Holland-Portugal was going on. The place was so quiet, except for the crowd inside the park-restaurant watching the football game.
The Dam square night-jam Tom wrote about...it will remain in my memory as a magic moment...

I visited AmsterJam on Sunday and enjoyed it immensely. Some of the highlights:
a) Meeting Paul Kenny in person was fantastic and I remain a fan but after seeing him perform , even more!
b) Watching Sune getting ready to Jam was inspiring, at 57 I will never be able to move my body like that but I have since tried to move more every day since!
c) Seeing Gregory's enthusiastic for the sport
d) getting to share the choreographed exercise for 10+ people introduced at the WinterJam in January as a catch-all warming up sort of like the 'pregame infield practice before most baseball games.
e) seeing a lot of discgolfers coming to watch ( an two new members of the PDGA!:) )
f) getting an autograph of a NY jammer! his air brushing was great to see
I have a few pictures of the day and when I figure the new computer I will share
them or I can mail large files to people interested and can receive it.
more Iwan!!!
friendly greetings,
